72 Hours In Paris: The Apartment X Who's Next

Visiting Paris twice in the space of a week (more on my first little getaway soon) wasn't originally the plan until THE APARTMENT kindly invited me and a few other influencers to the WHO'S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSE trade show. WHO'S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSELocated at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre in Paris, WHO'S NEXT is Europe's leading trade show that showcases ready-to-wear collections from new/upcoming French and international designers. There are around 700 brands to discover during the space of the 4-day event. The PREMIERE CLASSE trade show takes place in conjunction with WHO'S NEXT, and showcases fashion accessories of around 900 brands & designers. Boy was there a lot to see and take in with these two eyes! THE APARTMENT: VILLA M The Apartment joined forces with WHO'S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSE to create an apartment space - VILLA M, a hub for press to relax between the busy hours of the trade show, and partake in fun activities whilst being there, in other words, a pretty cool sanctuary. We of course had to test run this new collaboration and I must say, they did a pretty amazing job! I mean who wouldn't love the opportunity to get a cute manicure, get their hair did, enjoy an unlimited amount of refreshments, or try on cool ready-to-wear designs??

From gaining a new found love for Pannacotta (devouring one as I type), to whizzing through a schedule bursting with a great amount of activities to get stuck into, and being in with the chance to win a trip to Tokyo during our 72 hour stay in Paris, here's a visual diary of what we got up to...

We took part in a Buyer's challenge which involved creating our own boutique storefront in the form of a moodboard to present to David Kang, General Director for Tom Greyhound. He would then choose a winner to take to Toyko for the chance to bring their moodboard to life and exhibit it! This challenge involved exploring the trade show, as potential Buyers, garnering inspiration from designers for a specific theme, upcycle. To my great surprise, I was chosen as a finalist! Although I didn't quite reach the final hurdle, I really did appreciate being chosen - Tokyo can happen another time right?! Above is an image of my moodboard entry.

Taking in the amazing views from the rooftop of Galeries Lafayette, nibbling on some canapés and sipping on sweet cocktails - a great end to a busy day.

Thank you Team Apartment, Who's Next & Premiere Classe for letting me tag along on this wonderful trip!
