If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed that I was in Berlin, Germany not to long ago! I stayed there for a week for pure leisure with my cousin Christina (who happens to be an awesome photographer!). One thing I will most definitely miss, is the ahh-mazing apartment that we stayed in during out time there. We couldn't get enough of our terrace - propped up on the 9th floor, the views over the neighbourhood were just unreal! I'll leave the rest of how the apartment looked to your imagination until I post up a Berlin photo dairy soon!
Let's move on to this bright little Topshop number that I am wearing! ...
The lovely girls over at Fashionchick hosted a fab party in April (click here for the low down)to celebrate the launch of their new Blogger Network which I am proud to say that I am a part of, and their new shopping app, Swipe & Shop! One of the surprises were a whole load of amazing clothes and accessories from brands such as Topshop, Reiss, Dorothy Perkins and many more! This neon yellow laser cut skater dress from Topshop was personally picked out for me. I'm in love with it's sporty vibe and knew instantly what I wanted to style it with. Of course I chose to rock it with a pair of white trainers! I have quite a few pairs of white trainers, but knew these high top leather converses were the perfect match. To finish of the look, I had to include a pair of sunglasses and my ride or die, my sidekick, my twin ( well, in the form of this mesh mini Topshop bag)!
If you don't know much about Fashionchick, let me shed a little light on what it's all about! So, they are an innovative on-line social/shopping platform (fashion and beauty) catered to fashion conscious women like myself. They offer daily inspiration, from fashion news about the latest trends, new web shops, to must haves and beautiful brands to discover or reconnect with. Once you sign up to become a member, you are able to post up outfits that you create - a great way to show off your personal style and inspire other members. You can also create an 'online-wardrobe' were you simple place items you are lusting over into - great for when pay-day comes by ;).
As stated earlier, Fashionchick have just launched a new app called 'Swipe and Shop' it's like Tinder for those looking for love in the form of clothes, shoes, and bags ha! You simply swipe through tons and tons (I'm talking doing all nighters here) of items. Once you come across something that is very easy on the eyes, you simply heart the item, and it lands into you wishlist which you can shop from! For those who shop constantly online, this app is perfect to let you know what's new and available - fashion on the go at the swipe of a finger.
