Crocs UK Style Blogger Project | I'm Styling Crocs

I was contacted by Kate of Canoe PR Agency to take part in an exciting 'Crocs' blogger project where me and other fashion bloggers had to style Crocs' new 'S/S'13 collection. The collection itself is different to what I have seen before of Crocs shoes! Just goes to show how much Crocs have evolved as a brand, which now produce 200 different styles of shoes!
The day started off with us being treated to a nice variety of lovely breakfast treats whilst we listened to a presentation about the Crocs brand and its current collection in the Canoe Pr Showroom.

After the presentation, we got cracking with the project and headed out into the streets of Brick Lane (Shoreditch) to start shooting our styled looks! I chose to style the Retro Slingback Flats and the Beach Line Boat Shoes.
The Retro Slingback Shoes definitely have a girly vibe to them and although I chose to style them with trousers, they would look great with a skater style skirt!
The Beach Line Boat Shoes are definitely my favourite style from the current collection. Coming in a variety of quirky colours, making sure that there is something for everyone!

Styling the vibrant blue/yellow Retro Slingback Flats, I decided to go all matchy matchy with my outfit ...
Jumper & Jeans - Topshop, Shoes - Crocs*
Next I styled the red/white Beach Line Boat Shoes, with my trusty boyfriend jeans and a cropped jumper...
Jumper - Topshop, Jeans - Monki, Bag - Zara, Shoes - Crocs*

With the last look, I decided to give a bit of androgynous with tailored trousers and a blazer style coat! ...
Coat - H&M, Top - Topshop, Trousers - Laredoute, Shoes - Crocs*
The experience as a whole was great, despite the appalling weather that day! Rain, Sunshine and Hail Stones in one day!
I had fun shooting my looks with my girl/ fellow blogger Ngoni from I Am NRC and her photographer Alex of the Rest (who also took my pictures). It was great meeting the other bloggers who also took part; Kavita from She Wears Fashion, Lucia from Style Cofessional, Leroy from Diary of a Clothes Horse, Lois from Bunnipunch and Lela from Lela London.
I thought styling 'Crocs' would be a real challenge, and I'm sure most people would think that too, but they are just like any other shoe to be honest. They were super comfy and I wouldn't mind owning a pair myself, especially the boat shoes!
I would like to thank Canoe Inc PR for getting me involved in this blogger project, it was fun!
