Stepping out of Starbucks with the usual cold caramel blend frap glued to my hand, I wonder why I don't visit Greenwich town centre more often. Could it simply be because I'm just too lazy to sacrifice 10 -15 minutes of my time, walking there from the pleasant place (when my parents aren't grinding my gears) I call home? Maybe. Seeing that there is quite a lot to do whilst in Greenwich, you could easily spend most of your hours in the day taking everything in. The Georgian and Victorian architecture of Maritime Greenwich for one is what mainly draws me to this little historic part of London town.

Walking in-between the towering concrete pillars of the the Royal Naval College, called for an impromptu photo shoot in front of semi-confused tourists, who at first probably assumed I was there taking a sufficient amount of the usual touristy photos, until the perfectly calculated poses came to life, #sorrynotsorry. I couldn't help but laugh sheepishly, whilst passers by awkwardly stared at my poor attempts to practically rock climb the architecture, and strike a pose at the same time.

There comes times where brands can't seem to get an item you've wanted for years right, so you wait twiddling your thumbs Homer Simpson style, until the right one comes along. I've been patient since college, so you can only imagine how tired my thumbs are. But, let's just say that the wait is over and H&M are to thank for these impeccably sweet cargo trousers. Shall we say that I've gone for the modern day Lara Croft look or no? ... Lastly, Daniel Wellington (yes, another blogger flaunting one of their gorgeous watches again). There's no doubt that I'm more accustomed to the usual leather strap, or link bracelet style when it comes to watches, but Shini Park sure knows how to convince a girl otherwise, and has had me lusting over this sailor-esque striped design.

A quick spill of my current thoughts about this blog too -  I'm some what in the midst of planning to refine the content of Hands of Style. Photography has gradually become an important part of this blog, and I'd actually like to get a little more creative with it. That goes for my writing too. For someone who used to write stories as a child, and genuinely enjoys writing in general, I feel quite repetitive and boring nowadays. Besides documenting my personal style and other interests, I've always wanted this blog to be an outlet of quality content that in time, can inspire others and keep interest of those who take the time to visit and read.
