Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe in Berlin

One place worth seeing if you ever visit Berlin, is the 'Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe', also known as, 'The Holocaust Memorial'. Located just south of the Brandenburg Gate, it's pretty hard to miss in the heart or Berlin! After previously researching about the memorial, I knew we had to make a visit. As striking as it is to the eyes, the meaning behind the creation and its structure is even more interesting. You will find the odd group of people playing hide and seek or catch me if you can between the rows of concrete slabs or 'stelae', but they're just living life a little I guess! We couldn't resist bringing out the camera and taking a few pictures in its depths. I definitely caught Maze Runner vibes whilst walking down the cobbled slopes. If you have ever watched the film, you may see the slight similarity ha. I thought that I'd rock some earthy tones that day. My light trench coat had been collecting dust back in London, so I thought that it would come in handy for my trip. This khaki woven tunic dress from Wallis via Fashionchick is going to be a fave of mine during Summer especially. It looks just as good worn as a long-line blouse!
