Now that Winter is basically here, it's the return of the thigh high boots obsession. I've always loved the thought of owning a pair, but have never come across a pair that 1. don't look overly provocative, and 2. don't cost the price of a car. It looks like my prayers have been answered, in the space of a week, I know own two very nice pairs!

Would you believe that these heeled thigh high boots are from Primark?! The price? ... £20 *cry face*. I walked into my local Primark with a friend to have a look around at what they currently have. I happened to come across these beauties, and they were literally the last pair in my size. What were the odds?! I snapped those up real quick!

I was also having a browse on Next's website and came across these amazing Stuart Weitzman 'Lowland' lookalikes and obviously had to have them. they'll be glued to my legs for a long time. The image of these boots online do not do them justice, as they do not look like thigh highs in comparison to the grey version (which has sold out). However, they certainly are!

I definitely prefer suede material when it comes to thigh highs - they tend to look less tacky, in comparison to smooth leather.
