It's great living a stone throw away from Greenwich. Notable for its maritime history, Greenwich is home to the Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum, Queen's House, Old Royal Naval College, Royal Observatory, and Greenwich Park (one of London's eight Royal parks).
Small, but nevertheless lively, Greenwich town comes to life during Summer, filled with people flocking to Greenwich Market to admire the eclectic stalls, and feast on delicious street food. Greenwich park which hosted the equestrian events during the London Olympic 2012, is stunning in all seasons and has great views of London - a favourite place of mine!
I would definitely say that Greenwich is a big hit with tourists, so it's a privilege to live so close to a popular part of South East London! Not to forget, these attractions are not far from the big boy - The O2 Arena, and the Emirates Air Line (cable cars across the Thames), both situated in North Greenwich!

 #MadeForYourCity Competition
