 Snakeskin/Yellow/Black/Tan Heels & Burgundy Shopper Bag from ZARA. Buckle detail sandal heels from TOPSHOP

I'm not a person who tends to wear heels however, I seem to have picked up an obsession with them lately. Heels that I would once say 'eww' to, I now love. A perfect example would be heeled sandals, they are amazing but if you asked for my pion on them a year ago, no way!

 I've brought 5 pairs of heels in the last 2 weeks someone help me .. please? 

I'm only showiing three as the other two are quite simple, you know, nothing special. 

I'm so happy ith my Zara buys as these two items have been on my wanted list for a while and were so hard to find. Bearing in mind the heels are 2 sizes too big, you could never tell though! The bag was so hard to find as the label says its from the S/S 2011 collection!

There were a pair heels that I had been on a hunt for, the 'Perspex Metallic Topshop heels' (pictured below) which were selling out like that *clicks fingers* I couldn't get a hold of them anywhere.

I then came across the last pair in Stratford Westfield Topshop and they were in my siz, how weird right? My luck was cut short as the sales assistant couldn't find the other half of the pair in the stock room!!! I was disappointed as they were on sale as well! *sigh*. I'll find them again one day ...

Resort 2013 || Moschino

Moschino have impressed me with their Resort 2013 collection. The use of electric floral print with neon glows compliment the sixties silhouettes which work very well together. The looks are finished off nicely with coloured cat-eye shades, and matchy open toe sandal heels and boxy bright coloured bags. 

The romantic silhouettes carry soft pastels colurs and floral detail. The soft peach and mint tones work well with the delicate material used fro the ladylike silhouettes. Embellished collars are included and seem to be a trend amongst other Resort 2013 collections.

Lusting || Nelly Shoes

I've recently been lusting over the collection of shoes sold on Nelly.com, a Swedish company who have recently branched out to make their items avaliable to other countries such as the UK and I'm glad! Most of their shoes I would say are reseasonably priced and affordable. I just recently ordered my first pair of wedges from the site a few days ago *gasps* and they seem to have sold out already! I can't wait for them to arrive!

Just another casual OOTD, I decided to go shopping as payday had nicely blessed my bank account and I ended up coming home with basically nothing. When I don't have money I find that I want and need to buy everything, when I do get money, I don't know what I want most times! 

I've noticed I like my clothes quite baggy, I forget that I'm quite short and that they'll most probably look like they're swallowing me whole, but I can't help it! I love baggy, loose fitted clothing, they're ust so comfy!

One thing I did find on my shopping trip was beautiful dress from Primark, I was quite surprised when I came across it. I can't wait to show it in a future post!

I'm really digging the cool, retro shaped sunglasses retailers are coming out with this year, they remind of the good old days! So I'm guessing theyare one of the latest accessory trends for this summer! Retro sunglasses can instantly bring a sort of qurkiness to an outfit.

OOTD || Six Inch Walker ...

I hate it when I forget about particular items of clothing or shoes that I would always wear and my Mary-Jane heels are one of those! I wore these a lot last year and some how forgot about them. They are the most comfotable heels ever, even more comfortable than my Litas surprisingly! I went out to a restuarant with the family (we rarely go out) and I thought I might as well bring these out of hiding! 

My sister is slowly getting the grip of my Canon 1100d which is good! 

I already want to start saving for a new lense that I;ve been eyeing, it's perfect and not too expensive. 

2 days of sun and heat and its raining as I type, typical British weather I tell you!

Swimwear Edit || One Piece

I'm really digging the one piece simwear at the moment I'm think of planning a last minute holiday somewhere with my girls soon, so hopefully all goes well!

These are ust great for those people who aren't particularly confident in baring nearly all of their skin, I don't mind bikinis either so any style would be nice to own! These one-pieces are from Net-a-porter

Waiting On Summer To Arrive ...

So I was obviously very bored when I decided to do this but I love seeing these kind of pictures on Tumblr. I might start doing stuff like this more often for 'different ways to wear this' posts, what do you all think?

These are the shorts that I quickly DIYd in one of my other recent posts, I think I have enough denim shorts for now! I can not wait to start wearing my neon yellow heels, the sun just needs to make a semi permanent appearance so they can coe out and play! I think they're are best styled any denim bottom half (jeans, denim shorts etc) and a plain white tee or vest so all the attention wouuld be on the shoes!

I just recently brought a pair RayBan wayfarer sunglasses. I must say that wayfarers are my favourite style of glasses.

I really wish I could attend some Men's collection fashion shows this week but work gets in the way as usual! However, I'm ready for what ever LFW in September has to bring!

DIY || Denim Shorts

I just recently recieved a pair of vintage Levi 501s that I purchased from the best of the best .. eBay for about £5! Can someone say bargain?! I originally wanted to wear them as high wasited jeans but I prefer when they are tapered rather than just loose and baggy. These where loose baggy at the ends and they ust look weird on me! So I just decided to carry out the easiest DIY in the world and cut them into shorts. I actually prefer them as shorts they jsut fit right.

I don't own a studded pair of denim shorts so I may look for another pair of jeans or short on eBay, and stud those. My denim shorts collection will then be complete!

OOTD || Safari

Damn, I absolutely adore my new floral trousers from Topshop, I'd wear them everyday if I could. They go with a lot of things in my ardrobe which is surprising. I love wearing it with my Safari jacket as they jel well toegether. I think you tell that I'm quitea  short person in this picture haha!

OOTD || Leather Trousers

For the longest time possible I've been on a hunt for faux leather trousers, everywhere I would look to they were no longer avaiable until I stumbled across a pair from Jane Norman in House of Fraser! I wear them as much as I can as I know when the sun & heat come out t play for a while, these bad boys will have to stay in the wardrobe for a while.

Print Galore

I remember the days when I used to shy away from bright eye catching colours and prints. I was your typical black, white & grey garment lover! Through blogging, I can now say that my style has developed into something different, where I can casually walk out wearing bright prints and colours and I have the blogsphere to thank for that! Here are a few of my fave printed pieces. 

Newbies

I've been looking for the perfect gold curb chain and bracelet for a while. Now that I have find more than enough I am satisfied! The first two curb bracelets are from ASOS and came in a 2-pack. They are also available in silver. The curb chain came with a matching braclet and I purchased this from eBay for under a tenner!

These two items were purchased from Topshop. These are definitely my favourite purchases of June so far. I saw the trousers a few weeks ago and died inside when I saw it store I turned the price tag around to see the price and stepped back a little and left the store!I kept on thinking about the trousers and even went online to see they had completely sold out! Now that I do have them I'm content. I also brought he acid wash cap the same day as the trousers, just something different to your usual hat, very 'vintage' looking and I love anything in acid wash.

Summer Nails

I'm not a fan of bright coloured nail polish, I prefer admiring them on other nails or whilst in the bottle! However, when summer does finally comes I think I'm going to move out of my comfort zone (black & wine red nail polish lol) and go for the big brights. I've started collecting a few and here are three I picked up at Superdrug a few days ago, I'm actually in love with them! These particular nail polishes are from the beauty brand 'NYC' (New York Colour).

New Camera || Canon EOS 1100D

 

I decided to sell my Fujifilm bridge camera as I felt that it wasn't the most user friendly camera about. The decision to move onto a DSLR was quite immediate to be honest, as just a few weeks ago, I ruled it out and this week I was read to jump into the deep end and buy it! 

I can't put this thing down, honestly, there's so much to learn! The 1100D has been described as the DSLR that is best for beginners in the Canon range. I was going to go for the 600D but the price is steep and I'm not exactly a professional photographer! I would definitely recommend this to anyone, it's very user friendly!

I just hope you guys will enjoy looking at more vivid, high quality pictures on my blog. I have to teach my sister the basics of how to use the camera so she can take my outfit pictures, oh no. :(
