Autumn/Winter '11 Trends!

My favourite seasons are on their way woohoo! I think I love these two seasons because I'm able to do some great layering with my clothes and I am a december baby lol. I'm loving the trends that are in store for us and best believe bright colours and colour blocking are still on the memo!


Here are the trends heading our way:


Girl-Boy/Androgynous;
I absolutely adore this trend as a have too many blazers that need to be let loose. I'm all for button up shirts and different coloured tailored ankle grazing trousers teamed up with a pair of suede loafers! Count me in on this trend! I can do it like a brother, do it like a dude! ;)

Heritage;

I love, love, love this trend, call me old fashioned! This trend focuses more on different patterns and textures/fabrics on pieces of clothing. I adore the tweed pattern; I've even gone & brought a tweed blazer with brown elbow patches from H&M online lol! Fedoras are still in game these coming seasons If you like midi skirts and masculine coats this is the style for you!

Bright Colours;

Who said we can't wear vibrant colours in the dull weather?! I like this rule breaker, shows us we can wear bright colours whatever the weather. Colour-blocking has made it through to the autumn/winter season woohoo! Bright coloured jumpers, trousers and blazers are on the agenda!

Statement Jumpers:
I own too many oversized jumpers for my own good, but I can't wait to show them off when the temperature drops! So its all about slouchy, oversized knitted jumpers and patterned jumpers this year!
